Passwords and RXwow Personalities
You are responsible for your passwords and keeping them protected for your account. You control the activation f codes and passwords though our tools. You will monitor and control access of your account and inform RXwow of any need to delete and account or remove a password. RXwow cannot assume any responsibility to your account and is not liable if your password is violated.
Member Policies for Member Areas and Chat
When using a public area, including chat and message boards you are responsible for your conduct and communications.
If you use a Public Area, such as a chat room or bulletin board, you are solely responsible for your own communications, and RXwow is not responsible for the consequences of any communications in the Public Areas. If for any reason you feel like someone is in danger or you feel threatened you should contact your local law enforcement agency immediately. 8. You must not allow anyone other then yourself to post.
9. In general, you must not conduct yourself in any matter that restricts, or limits the enjoyment of any other member in the public areas.
RXwow reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following:
1. RXwow will remove any communications that are abusive, illegal or do not follow any of the rules above.
2. Investigate all illegal and request removal of communications and alert local law enforcement for any activities that are illegal in nature.
3. We will record any damaging dialogue in chat rooms.
4. Terminate users that access any public areas that breach the terms of use.
5. Monitor and edit disable that is a breach to the terms.
RXwow reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the personal safety of our guests or the public. RXwow has no liability or responsibility to users of RXwow or any other person or entity for performance or nonperformance of the aforementioned activities.
